Do you believe online learning can effectively replace traditional in-class learning? Why or why not?

While I understand Student 1’s point that online learning allows students to study at their own pace, I agree more with Student 2. Traditional classroom learning is more effective because it provides direct interaction with professors and classmates. This is especially important for complex subjects, since students can ask questions immediately and receive feedback on the spot. In addition, in-person classes create a stronger learning environment because students are less likely to lose focus. For example, when I studied in Germany for my master’s degree, our teacher regularly asked each student to share feedback and speak in front of the class. This kept everyone engaged and made the class more interactive. Therefore, although online learning is flexible, I believe traditional learning is more effective because it encourages participation, feedback, and a real academic community
