TOEFL® test centres, each one quoting its own page
ETS publishes no list of TOEFL iBT test centres. Its scheduling page describes availability and then sends you to the registration portal, where the centres you can see depend on your account and your location. So nobody can publish a complete directory honestly — and this one does not try. It holds 8 institutions that say, on their own public pages, that they administer the test. Every entry prints that sentence, the page it came from, and the day we read it.
This is a small list on purpose. We read 19 pages and kept 8: a university testing page that explains the TOEFL is not a university saying it runs the TOEFL, and the difference is the only thing separating a directory from a guess. What we left out is listed further down, with the reason.

Two universities state the recognition rule differently
Which centres ÖSYM and YÖK recognise is not a rule either university owns, and the two pages we read do not agree on it. Both are printed here rather than one being chosen. We have not read ÖSYM’s own statement of the rule, so treat neither quote as settled and check with ÖSYM before you book on the strength of it.

How to find the centre that is actually available to you
Use your own ETS account. It is the only place that knows which centres near you have seats, on which days, at what price — and none of those three things is published anywhere we can read. ETS’s scheduling page is where that starts. The list above tells you an institution has said it runs the test; it does not tell you a seat exists.
Once you have a date, the question that decides your booking is how long scores take to reach the people waiting for them. That is on the deadlines page, with ETS’s own timing rules quoted the same way.

A list of TOEFL iBT test centres published by ETS
No published listETS publishes no public list of test centres. The page describes availability and links to the registration portal, where the centres you can see depend on your account and your location. This is why the directory below is sourced from the centres themselves and is small: there is no authoritative list to copy, and every site showing you a complete one has either scraped a portal session or invented it.
