Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Reach120, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Use License

Permission is granted to use Reach120 for personal TOEFL writing practice purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title. You may not redistribute, modify, or create derivative works based on our service without explicit permission.

Service Description

Reach120 provides AI-powered TOEFL writing practice and feedback services specifically designed for the 2026 TOEFL Writing section format. Our AI scoring and feedback use Reach120's own rubrics, written against the 2026 TOEFL task descriptions ETS publishes. They are not ETS rubrics, and Reach120 is independent of ETS.

Important: As with any AI-powered tool, our scoring and feedback are approximations and results may vary. While we strive to provide the most accurate and helpful feedback possible, our service should be used as a practice and learning tool, not as a guarantee of actual TOEFL scores.

User Content and Data

By registering and using Reach120, you agree that your submitted responses (essays, emails, and discussion posts) may be saved and displayed anonymously in our public samples section. This helps other learners by providing real examples of TOEFL writing practice. All shared content is anonymized to protect your privacy.

We strive to provide the most useful materials for TOEFL preparation. However, please note that we cannot control or take responsibility for the content of user submissions. Users are expected to submit appropriate content suitable for an educational platform.

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their account. You agree to use the service for its intended educational purpose and not to submit content that is offensive, inappropriate, or violates any laws.

Payment, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

Plans and automatic renewal. Access is sold as a renewing plan — one week for $7.49 or three months for $48, renewing automatically at the same price until cancelled. Your payment method is charged at the start of each period and again at the start of every following period, at the same price, until you cancel. We email you before each renewal. Practice itself is unlimited on a plan. AI scoring carries a fair-use limit of 300 actions a month — far more than typical use. Past that limit, in-depth AI analysis runs on a faster model until the limit resets; nothing is blocked, no score is withheld, and normal service resumes automatically at the start of the next window.

One person per account. A plan covers one learner. Use it on as many of your own devices as you like — phone, tablet, laptop, anywhere you happen to be. What it does not cover is several people sharing one login. If an account looks like it is being used by a group, we will say so and ask; we do not cut anyone off automatically, and a person reviews every case before anything changes.

Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellation stops all future charges and takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for — you keep full access until that date, and no part of a period already paid for is taken back.

Refunds: A charge is fully refundable within 7 days of that charge if you have used fewer than 5 AI-scored responses (Writing or Speaking) in the period it paid for. After 7 days, or after 5 scored responses, that charge is not refundable — but you can cancel at any time so that you are not charged again. You can request a refund from your account page without emailing us.

Existing subscriptions. Subscription plans are no longer sold. If you subscribed before 29 July 2026, your subscription continues on its existing terms: it is auto-renewable until you cancel, you can cancel anytime from your account, and you keep access until the end of the current billing period. Refunds on those plans apply to the most recent charge only — not to previous billing periods — except the 1-Year Plan, where refunds were available within the first 7 days of purchase.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Reach120, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Reach120 makes no guarantees regarding specific TOEFL score outcomes. Our service is designed to help you practice and improve, but actual test performance depends on many factors beyond our control.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
