I understand Owen's concern that students might become too dependent on AI for answers instead of developing critical thinking skills. However, using AI properly can actually help students develop critical thinking skills because they need to compare and evaluate the information provided by AI. For example, if students want to find various perspectives on language learning, AI tools allow them to access information from sources such as academic papers and educational videos. By comparing these different sources, students can learn how to decide which information is useful and reliable. Therefore, I believe that schools should introduce AI tools into education.
