Which browsers and devices work?+
Reach120 runs in the browser on desktop and mobile — there is nothing to install. Speaking tasks use your microphone, so allow microphone access when your browser asks for it, or those tasks cannot record.
How do I create an account?+
Sign up with an email and password, or with Google — either way the free tier is available immediately, with no card required. Reading, Listening and Build a Sentence stay free with no daily limit on any account; Listen & Repeat gets 3 free scored responses a day, and Write an Email, Academic Discussion and Take an Interview share one AI-scored attempt a day between them.
How is my data handled and kept secure?+
All traffic runs over HTTPS. Sign-in is handled by Supabase, and payments are processed by Stripe — Reach120 never stores your card number. The full breakdown of what is collected, why, and how deletion works is on our Privacy Policy.
How accurate is the AI grading?+
We have compared the two models against our own reading of the ETS descriptors, on responses this project wrote and banded. That is not an ETS score, so we do not publish it as an accuracy figure. What we do publish, with its sample size and its date, is on the methodology page.
How do I cancel, and can I get a refund?+
Cancel any time from Account → Billing & Plan → Manage Billing — it takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for, and nothing else is charged. A charge is refundable within 7 days if you have used fewer than 5 AI-scored responses in the period it paid for.
