The TOEFL Integrated Writing task is retired. Here is what replaced it.
If you are looking for a TOEFL Integrated Writing template — the task that had you read a passage, listen to a related lecture, and write a summary connecting them — that task is no longer on the TOEFL iBT. As of January 21, 2026, ETS restructured the Writing section around three new task types, and no current task asks you to read, listen and synthesize the way Integrated Writing did.
