How these figures were arrived at
The rubric-to-band step is a Reach120 estimate (docs/scoring/BAND-CONVERSION.md): ETS publishes no conversion from its 0–5 rater rubrics to the 1–6 band scale, so band 2.5 is our derivation and is marked as derived above. The band-to-CEFR alignment and the previous 0–30 Speaking range are ETS's own published tables, transcribed with their read dates.
