Reviews policy

Last reviewed July 27, 2026.

A review is only worth reading if the way it was obtained does not select for praise. These are the rules we hold ourselves to, everywhere a review or testimonial appears — our own site, app stores, directories, and anything a partner publishes on our behalf.

We never write a review as a user

No employee, contractor, family member, or agent of Reach120 posts a review presented as a customer. If someone connected to us comments publicly, the connection is stated.

We never buy reviews or generate them

No purchased reviews, no review exchanges, and no AI-generated testimonials attributed to a person. A review that no real person wrote is a fabrication regardless of how it was produced.

We never pay for a positive one

If an incentive is ever offered for a review, it is offered regardless of what the review says, and the incentive is disclosed alongside the review. We do not offer incentives conditional on sentiment or rating.

We never gate the ask

We do not survey people first and then invite only the happy ones to review. Everyone asked is asked the same way, after real use of the product.

We never suppress a negative review

We do not use legal threats, contract terms, or platform reporting to remove criticism. If we think a review is factually wrong we reply publicly and say why.

We never edit what someone wrote

A quoted review is quoted as written. Shortening for space is allowed only when it does not change the meaning, and the full text stays available.

When we ask, and how often

The invitation appears after a completed piece of work, not after a good one. It opens when you finish a full four-section mock, or once you have 5 scored responses on file. Nothing in that rule looks at your scores, so a learner whose practice is going badly is asked on exactly the same terms as one whose practice is going well.

You will see it at most 2 times ever, and never twice within 180 days. “Don’t ask again” is permanent, and writing a review stops the asking too. It is a card inside the page you are already reading — never a pop-up over your results.

Reviews that mention results

A review that states a score or an outcome is a claim about results, not just an opinion, and we treat it that way. We do not feature one unless the result can be substantiated, and we never present an individual result as what a typical learner should expect.

Removing your review

If you gave us a review and want it taken down, ask and we remove it — no reason required, no follow-up questions. Contact us here.

Where we are today

This policy was published before we displayed a single review. The quotes now on the home and pricing pages each have a dated consent record behind them, and quotes we hold but cannot yet publish stay unpublished with the reason written down rather than being quietly softened until they pass.
