The 2026 TOEFL format change

The TOEFL changed on January 21, 2026. Reading and Listening became adaptive, Writing replaced the old essay pair with Build a Sentence, Write an Email and Academic Discussion, and score reports moved to 1-6 bands in 0.5 increments.
