In my opinion, taking temporary breaks from digital devices is very helpful in reducing stress and improving focus. When I set aside time each day to disconnect from my phone and computer, I noticed that my concentration improved and my overall stress level dropped. Lucas is right that stepping away from constant connectivity gives the mind a much-needed rest, and I experienced this during a busy study period when I took a two-hour break each evening and felt more refreshed for my classes the next day. While Maya suggests that managing technology use might be more realistic, I believe that sometimes a complete break offers a clearer mental reset, as I found that turning off all devices allowed me to engage more fully with my surroundings and personal interests.
