Reach120: The same page dates the old scale "prior to January 21, 2026" and the new one "on or after January 22, 2026", which leaves January 21 — the day the scale actually changed — described by neither rule. We have not corrected it and cannot: only UGA can say what it means. If you tested on January 21, ask them.
