Feedback on Online Course Experience
Dear course administrators, I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to share a few suggestions for improving the online course offered by your university. To begin with, I really appreciate the useful learning materials and activities that enable students to stay focused and develop practical skills. Moreover, the course has significantly enhanced my computer skills. Additionally, I have experienced several occasions when the online course website has not worked properly, which has adversely affected learners’ coursework and study activities. Finally, my recommendation for improving the virtual learning experience is that the university should implement new state-of-the-art technology. This would make the platform more reliable, interactive, and effective for students. Sincerely, [name withheld]

Dear course adminstrators, I hope this email finds you well, and I apologize for disturbing you. I am writing to give few suggestions on technical difficulties I have encounterd with the learning platform. The content is awesome, and I love how interactive interfaces are, which makes complicated concepts sufficiently straightforward for students to digest. However, many demonstration videos could not be played. In addition, the platform doesn't store previous progrss, where it restarts from the very beginning every time. Could you verify issues mentioned above? If possible, it will be quite helpful to fix broken demonstrated videos and allow students to resume from where they left. Thanks for reading.
