Having say that, I am bit confsued about the information sahred for regsitration as there was no exmaples are demonstrated and whether I can do spot registration or not since I will travelling from 400 km away. I understand the session will be started at 10 AM, Even I start from my home by 6AM may need 11 AM reach. I would greatly appreciate if could reschedule kynote speaker schedule to 11 AM instead of 10 AM. Sincrerely,

What worked

  • Clearly expresses excitement about attending the conference.
  • States the main purpose of the email directly in the opening.
  • Asks a specific question about the registration process.

What cost points

  • The phrasing for expressing the conference's benefit is very awkward and difficult to understand.
  • The request to reschedule the keynote speaker based on personal travel is inappropriate for a first inquiry and lacks formal tone.
