Concerns About New Treadmill Equipment
Dear Gym Manager, I hope this email finds you well, and I apologize for disturbing you. I have been a loyal customer to this gym, where I deeply enjoy the atmosphere and equipments here. I am writing to mention few issues I recently encountered with new treadmills. New treadmills can stop very suddenly after pressing the STOP button, which can be potentially dangerous. In addition, each new treadmill takes more space than old one, reducing total amount of trademills that can be used simultaneously. It has negative effect as users now have to wait longer for trademills. Specifically, could we either replace new trademills with old ones or provide compensation to members? Thanks for your reading. Best regards, [name withheld]

Dear Manager, I really appreciate the Gum to replace the treadmills with new models, however I am having difficults sometimes in using them. Las week I tried to use in three different days and the treadmills were not working properly. In the first day the display was not working and I could not to set my train. In the second day I got use a treadmill for 10 minutes and after that it stoped and did not want to work more. In the last day I tried to use, but none of them would not turn on. I would like to request a maintenence for the treadmills if possible. [name withheld],
